Labovitch conducted a cultural and organisation review to rebrand the 4000 strong, Barclays Wealth Solutions, recently formed from acquired businesses. The remit was to redesign a new Wealth Solutions organisation to deliver a consolidated business with new values and brand identity. We implemented the organisation structure, ways of working and internal / external communications - and importantly established core values and behaviours to underpin the Wealth Solutions brand.
