
To underpin its brand identity, Labovitch managed BP's Annual Organisational Review (AOR) project to establish BP's leadership criteria for the future. Such criteria were derived from state of the art research and surveys. We coordinated the AOR across the whole of BP, collating, analysing and interpreting organisational trends for presentation to Chief Executive Lord Browne. Leadership behaviours became a part of core competences - embedded to support BP's professional identity.
