Labovitch conducted a scoping study for BR's pensions management company to determine the options for programme leadership of its new pension system implementation. Reporting to the Chief Executive of the Trustees, we reviewed business strategy, processes and systems to recommend the way forward for the project. Labovitch's recommendations were fully adopted by the Board.
