The Carbon Trust
We scoped and won the implementation of a change programme to manage carbon reduction in General Domestic Appliances, a manufacturer of washing machines and cookers in the UK. This was conducted under the aegis of The Carbon Trust, whose mandate is to promote Carbon Management through international and UK legislation. The project at GDA combined a carbon reduction programme with a company - wide communications and change exercise, to embed carbon saving practices in the company.
