Department for Education and Skills
Labovitch led the change management work stream at the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) to introduce Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) for the 4000 strong workforce. We introduced key communications to position the benefits of EDRM and link this initiative with other change programmes at DfES. In addition, we devised a balanced change programme and route map to ensure that technical and people aspects would be co-ordinated to successfully launch EDRM.
