Foreign and Colonial Bank
We worked extensively with Foreign and Colonial to develop and run recruitment assessment centres for new graduates and conduct team building exercises for staff. Our overall involvement with the bank was part of a culture change programme that followed the bank's acquisition of the former Electricity Board's pension portfolio and investment staff.
