Labovitch developed and successfully introduced new performance management processes for Department for National Heritage and Export Credits Guarantee Department. It was essential to ensure that each initiative matched business objectives and fitted well with departmental culture. We worked with senior government officers to gain their endorsement and support for implementation of the new performance management approach. Further, we conducted a series of training and coaching programmes with staff to impart knowledge and gain user acceptance.
