We reviewed plans to change the organisational structure and selling practices of a 400 strong business banking sales force. Labovitch conducted workshops and focus groups with the sales force to clarify the new model, which was based on co-operative working, knowledge sharing, selling long term benefits and building long term relationships. We produced a communications plan and helped the bank implement and successfully launch its “New World” sales force.
