Lloyd's Underwriters - Communications
We designed, managed and implemented the communications strategy of a major change implementation for an affiliated firm of Lloyd's Underwriters. This required alignment with processes, information systems and business and HR strategy. We coached senior managers in presentation techniques and provided company-wide feedback through conducting focus groups with staff.
