Orissa State Electricity Company
Labovitch managed the Human Resources team in privatising the Indian Orissa State Electricity Board (OSEB). This major assignment involved liaising with the World Bank, Government of India, Government of Orissa and ODA (lately DFID). We advised on organisation design, HR management processes, staff development and industrial relations. OSEB was successfully privatised in September 1999.
