Labovitch led the engagement of Samsung employees in the re-launch of Samsung Life Insurance (SLI) brand. We linked creative 'brand intent' to new employee behaviours which were adopted to bring the brand to life within Samsung. Such behaviours were translated into a new competence framework which was used to launch training programmes for the sales force. A brand management organisation was also developed for Samsung and embedded within the company. SLI successfully launched its new brand in summer 2005.
