Labovitch consultants were programme and change managers for the Benefits Agency's outsourced Medical Services business. We introduced key programmes to support HM Government's New Deal policy through the Benefits Agency medical testing programme and led a joint Medical Services / Benefits Agency team to deliver the operational medical testing business.
