Zurich Insurance - Broker motivation
Labovitch conducted a study to understand brokers' reasons for placing personal lines business with Zurich Insurance. Results provided invaluable insight into customer needs, such that Zurich were able to better align their sales force and products to meet a wider variety of markets. In particular Zurich introduced simpler car insurance policies following directly from this work.
