Robert has over 20 years' experience of business change consultancy. His extensive skill set allows him to manage, execute, facilitate and coach in all stages of the change lifecycle. He drives business change from initial board-level facilitation of strategy, through business case development, programme structuring and initiation, to programme management and consultancy.
